What is the delivery time and which carriers do you work with?
Our wallpaper has different delivery times because we work with various suppliers. The production time of all non-woven wallpaper that we use for murals and pattern wallpaper, wallpaper circles and wallpaper panels is 3 to 5 working days. This is because we basically have no stock of this wallpaper. As soon as the package has been shipped from us, you will receive the track & trace code by email (shipping with PostNL, DPD or DHL).
Our golden metallics wallpaper also has a production time of 3 to 5 working days and is only produced to order. Your order will be sent directly from the supplier via DPD. As soon as the package has been shipped out, you will receive the track & trace code by email (shipping with DPD).
In principle, we have the plain wallpaper from the Hotel Chique and Natural Chique collections in stock. Ordered before 9:30 PM = shipped the same working day with DHL. Sometimes a color is out of stock; it may take up to 2 weeks before we can deliver the wallpaper again. We will always indicate this with the product in question.
The delivery time for customized wallpaper may be slightly longer than standard rolls. This depends on the desired dimensions, type of wallpaper and approval process. We can usually deliver customized wallpaper within 10 working days.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Of course, it can always happen that you have ordered the wrong product, or that you would prefer a different color. Then you can return the product (except for customized wallpaper and wallpaper samples) within 30 days to KEK Amsterdam, Returns department, Nikkelstraat 51-A, 1411 AH Naarden, the Netherlands. As soon as we have received your order in good order, we will refund the purchase amount within 3 working days to the bank account number with which you paid for your order.
I have a roll of wallpaper left. Can I return this?
While wallpapering you discover that you have one roll (or several rolls) left. No problem. You can return it within 30 days to KEK Amsterdam, Returns department, Nikkelstraat 51-A, 1411 AH Naarden, the Netherlands. As soon as we have received the roll(s) in good order, we will refund the purchase amount within 3 working days to the bank account number with which you paid for your order.
If you have ordered multiple rolls of one type of wallpaper, only rolls that are still in the seal may be returned. You can of course open the first roll to assess the color and quality.
What are the return costs?
The shipping costs for returning your order are at your own expense. The costs depend on the country you are sending from and the current postal rates.
Cancelling
Can I cancel my order?
If you have changed your mind and want to cancel your order, you can always do so (except for customized wallpaper). Send us an email or a message via WhatsApp with your name and order number and we will process your cancellation immediately. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we can no longer hold the package. You will have to wait until you have received the package so that you can send it back to us. The return costs are at your own expense. As soon as we have received the package back in good order, we will refund the purchase price within 3 working days.
